Courier Services: Just Beauty uses Royal Mail and Yodel depending on the size and contents of the item/s. If you have not received your item you can reschedule delivery by following the instructions left on the calling card.
It is then the responsibility of the customer to act upon the instructions given on the calling cards to ensure the parcel is not sent back to us. If the item is sent back to us there will be a small charge to resend the order. Argos Click & Collect This allows you to have your parcel delivered to your chosen Argos Store, making it convenient for you to collect your parcel at a time which suits you. Once your parcel has been delivered to the store and is ready to collect, you will be emailed a collection code from EBay into your inbox (or SMS, if this option was selected). We do not have access to this collection code. Once you have received this code remember to take it with you to collect your parcel. Please note if the parcel is not collected within 7 days of receiving the collection code, the item will be returned to our warehouse
